Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we hold ISO9001, ISO13485, and CE certifications. We can provide certificate copies upon request.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, depending on sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
