Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the weight and destination.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured under strict quality control systems and hold relevant international certifications for medical devices.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. We understand the need for smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
