What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery depending on the specifications.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products, produced monthly. Payment for orders <= 800USD is 100% in advance. For orders > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
