Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured according to strict quality standards and carry relevant international certifications like ISO 13485 and CE to ensure safety and quality.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. However, this depends on current sales conditions. We recommend asking our sales representative for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
