Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
A: We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders to test the market initially. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
A: Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery as we ensure matching specifications.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
A: Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. We recommend asking our sales team for accurate inventory information.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
A: For payments <=800USD, 100% in advance. For payments >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
