Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our manufacturing processes and products comply with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may require a slightly longer delivery time for production.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Availability depends on sales conditions. Payment for orders <=800USD is 100% in advance; for >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
