Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination.

Yes, we maintain rigorous quality standards and possess necessary international certifications for medical device manufacturing and distribution.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is the responsibility of the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or physical samples. Please note that custom requests may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products which are produced monthly. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. Please contact us for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders ≤800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
