Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are determined by weight and destination.

Yes, we are a professional medical device manufacturer and hold international certifications including ISO 13485 and CE to ensure product safety and quality.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, for initial market testing, we accept smaller sample orders. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us pictures or physical samples, and we can look into sourcing or manufacturing options for you.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product which is produced monthly. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
