What information can you provide on shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination.

Yes, our manufacturing processes and products comply with standard international requirements such as ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals to ensure maximum safety.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you provide samples?
We generally expect minimum orders of at least US$500. However, we support smaller sample orders initially for market testing. Free samples can be offered, though freight costs are covered by the client.
Can I purchase products not shown in the current catalogue?
Absolutely. If you require similar items, please send us pictures or samples. Note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Are the products in stock or newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are replenished monthly. Availability depends on current sales conditions; please contact our sales team for real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders ≤800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
