Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our products are manufactured according to strict international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications to ensure global quality compliance.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us pictures or samples of the items you require. Please note that custom requests may take a slightly longer time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product produced monthly. However, this depends on current sales conditions. We recommend contacting our sales team for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment and accepted methods?
For orders ≤800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
