1 Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
2 Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
We maintain rigorous quality standards and possess necessary international certifications for our medical devices to ensure safety and performance.
3 What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
4 Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or samples of the items you require. Please note that custom requests may take a longer time for delivery.
5 Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, subject to sales conditions. For payments under 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. Above 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
6 How do I get accurate inventory information?
Inventory levels fluctuate based on market demand. It is always best to contact our sales representatives directly for the most current and accurate inventory data.
