Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
A: We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but shipping costs are covered by the client.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
A: Yes, simply send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require additional lead time for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
A: Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Availability depends on sales conditions. Payment terms: 100% in advance for <$800; 30% T/T advance for >$800, balance before shipment via L/C, T/T, Western Union, or PayPal.
