What information can you provide on shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, or CE approvals?
Yes, our products and manufacturing processes adhere to international standards. Please contact our sales team for specific certification copies for each product line.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need to test markets with smaller sample orders initially. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown in the catalogue but similar to them?
Yes, you can. Simply send us pictures or samples of the products you require. Note that custom or non-listed products may require a longer lead time for delivery.
What are your payment terms and stock availability?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
Do you offer OEM or customized branding services?
Yes, we provide OEM services for orthopedic implants. We can customize specifications and packaging based on your market requirements and volume commitments.
