What are your shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the volume and destination.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured according to international standards, ensuring high quality and safety for medical use.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders to test the market initially.
Do you provide free samples?
We could offer free samples for quality testing, but the customer is responsible for the cost of freight.
Can I buy products not shown in your catalogue?
Of course, you can send us pictures or samples of similar products. Please note that custom production takes a little longer for delivery.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
