What are the available shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or by post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the volume and destination.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We generally expect minimum orders of at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially to test products in your market.
Do you provide free samples?
We can offer free samples for evaluation; however, the cost of freight must be covered by the client.
Can I order products not shown in the online catalogue?
Yes, you can request similar products by sending us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a longer delivery time.
What are your payment terms and stock availability?
We generally maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Payment for orders under $800 is 100% in advance. For orders over $800, a 30% T/T deposit is required, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
