Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges vary based on destination and weight.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured in compliance with international standards and we hold necessary certifications for medical device production and quality management.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Simply send us pictures or samples of the items you require. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products which are produced on a monthly cycle. Availability depends on current sales conditions; we recommend contacting our sales team for accurate inventory updates.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
