Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are compliant with international standards, and we possess the necessary certifications for medical device distribution.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a slightly longer time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. However, it depends on current sales conditions. We recommend confirming accurate inventory information during the inquiry process.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
