Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured under strict quality standards and comply with international certifications for medical devices.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we accept smaller sample orders for initial market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. However, availability depends on current sales. Please contact us for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
